We are an integrated animal hospital offering a full spectrum of clinical services and 24-hour veterinary care. We are looking for the following roles to join our dynamic and collaborative team:

  1. Medical Oncologist
  2. Veterinarian Specialist in Neurology
  3. Full-time Veterinarian (Night Shift)

1. Medical Oncologist

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for patients with suspected or confirmed cancer.
  • Develop, implement, and manage individualized treatment plans, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies.
  • Collaborate with surgeons, radiologists, and other veterinary specialists to ensure integrated and comprehensive care.
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with pet owners regarding diagnosis, treatment options, prognosis, and palliative care.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough medical records in compliance with veterinary standards.
  • Stay current with the latest research and advancements in veterinary oncology and pursue ongoing professional development.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
  • Registered with HKVSB as a Specialist in Oncology (or eligible for registration).
  • Proficiency in oncology-specific diagnostic techniques, including cytology, histopathology review, and diagnostic imaging interpretation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage complex oncology cases.
  • Excellent communication skills for clear and empathetic discussions with pet owners.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.


2. Veterinarian Specialist in Neurology

Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough neurological examinations and assessments to diagnose disorders.
  • Utilize advanced diagnostic techniques, including MRI, CT scans, and neurological evaluations.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Collaborate with veterinary technicians, specialists, and pet owners to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Conduct neurology surgeries as required to address specific conditions
  • Stay current with the latest advancements in veterinary neurology and continue professional development.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with veterinary standards.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution
  • Registered with HKVSB Specialist in Veterinary Neurology (or eligible for registration).

3. Full- Time Veterinarian (Night Shift)

Responsibilities

  • Support the ECC team in providing 24/7 emergency services, including urgent medical intervention, critical case management, and continuity of care for hospitalized patients
  • Conduct thorough examinations of animals presenting with urgent or critical conditions, diagnose medical conditions, and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
  • Respond swiftly and effectively to emergency situations, providing critical care to animals in distress.
  • Manage the care of hospitalized animals, ensuring they receive the necessary treatments and monitoring their progress.
  • Work closely with other veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and support staff to ensure a cohesive approach to animal care.

Requirements

  • Registered with HKVSB.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex medical cases.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey medical information to pet owners clearly and compassionately.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Previous experience in an emergency veterinary setting or a strong demonstrated interest in emergency medicine is a plus


4. Veterinary Technician

Responsibilities:

  • Experience in operating imaging diagnostics equipment preferred
  • Administer treatments and medications as directed by veterinarians
  • Providing assistance to veterinarians during medical or diagnostic procedures and emergency surgeries.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience in Hong Kong will be an advantage
  • Responsible, able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to remain calm and make critical decisions in high-pressure situations
  • Ability to work alone as well as part of a team


5. Veterinary Nurse (Night Shift)

Responsibilities:

  • Apply and adapt your clinical nursing skills to both medical and surgical focused caseload in Emergency and Critical Care
  • Liaise with Veterinary Specialists, Hospitalists, Emergency Veterinarians and other specialty nurses on delivering high-standard patient care
  • To assess and record patient vitals, identify and report abnormalities
  • Work as an integral part of the team in contributing to and partaking in continuing professional development

Requirements:

  • Effective communicator, in written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese, +/- Mandarin
  • Be willing to learn and develop advanced nursing skills
  • Be a team player with effective time management skills and a positive mindset
  • Be a dedicated, adaptable and proactive professional, who thrives in a fast paced and collaborative environment
  • An ability to be confident and compassionate to clients when dealing with their pets in any situation
  • Flexible with scheduling ability to work weekends/ holidays
  • Prior experience in a specialty or emergency setting will be an advantage
  • Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent) and a minimum of 2 years+ of clinical experience, for Emergency and Critical Care Specialty a minimum of 4 years+ of clinical experience and RECOVER ® Certification is a plus


6. Customer Service Supervisor / Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Train and onboard new staff. Provide ongoing coaching and conduct regular performance reviews to help team members meet their performance requirement
  • Manage daily workflows, including staff scheduling and task allocation, to ensure adequate coverage and quick response times
  • Monitor interactions (calls, emails, chats) to ensure they align with company policies and service quality standards
  • Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's appointment calendar
  • Answer phone calls and address inquiries regarding veterinary services, appointment availability, and general information
  • Perform the full range of reception job duties independently and provide administrative support, greet visitors and clients, maintain the reception area clean and tidy
  • Process payments, handle billing inquiries, and maintain financial records accurately
  • Assist in ad hoc assignments as required
  • Communicate effectively with the veterinary team to ensure coordinated and efficient workflow

Job Requirements:

  • Clinical customer service experience
  • Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Genuine passion and care for animals is essential
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of veterinary medicine, including diagnostics, treatments, and surgical procedures is a must
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Be able to take shift duty on public holidays and weekends
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Customer Service Officer
