Full Time – Junior Veterinary Nurse for Cats Dogs and Exotics/Customer Service Representative

We are one of Hong Kong's leading hospitals in exotic companion animal care with a board certified avian and exotic companion mammal Specialist and a board-certified reptile and amphibian specialist. We also have two veterinarians certified in veterinary acupuncture. The clinic is conveniently located in HK Island, near the Tin Hau and Fortress Hill MTR stations. We are looking for nurses who are looking to improve their technical and communication skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment, as we expand our multi-species care team.
Zodiac Exotic & Pet Hospital has completed extensive renovations to expand our services to include 24hr in patient care. We provide premier veterinary services to our patients and clients including temperature-controlled wards for a variety of species, a temperature-controlled pharmacy, well-equipped in-house laboratory, digital radiography, ultrasonography, endoscopy and CT scan.
All of our veterinary nurses and assistants have completed or are currently enrolled in AIRC training. We offer mentorship and incremental salary increases upon completion of AIRC training courses, and are willing to support nurses in pursuing specialization as well. We provide multiple continuing education opportunities, including Fear Free Certification.

Requirements
- Handling phone enquiries and booking appointments
- Fluency in Cantonese is required
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required
- Some experience in veterinary nursing required
- Not afraid of handling dogs, cats and exotic species. Training will be provided.
Full Time – Overnight Veterinary Technician (Cantonese not necessary)
As an overnight support staff, you will care for inpatients that were admitted during the daytime shift. No overnight emergencies will be seen. You will be given a detailed treatment plan for overnight care of the patients by the overseeing veterinary surgeon.

Requirements
- 3 years' experience in a clinical or private veterinary practice
