Pulsevet is seeking a passionate veterinary supportive staffs to join our team!

We are highly respected by our clients and as a result we are growing fast. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated veterinary assistant to join our supportive team.

1) VETERINAEY NURSE and ASSISTANT

2) SENIOR EXOTIC VET NURSE

  • Experienced Exotic Veterinary nurse (5+ years' experience)

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • Communicate with clients;
  • Assist vets with consultations, surgeries, monitoring of patients under anaesthesia, hospitalisation care, medical records, diagnostic and laboratory tests;
  • Translation skills; - Educate clients about husbandry, treatment plans and as per vet instructions;
  • Keep the clinic and hospital areas clean, neat and hygienic.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma in veterinary nursing /AIRC cert IV or relevant studies is an advantage;
  • At least 5 years working experience in veterinary services preferred;
  • Experience in exotics is preferred but not essential;
  • Understanding of medical disease terminology;
  • Strong customer and communication service skill is necessary;
  • Critical thinking is a must;
  • Well-organised, self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility, mature and independent;
  • Collaborative team player with a positive working attitude;
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese and preferably Mandarine.
  • No gossip.
  • Clinic for the day with our veterinary team while ensuring to provide the best medical care to our clients.

The role also involves:

  • Supporting the clinic and house-call veterinary team;
  • Provide excellent patient care and make educated recommendations to our clients;
  • Working 5 days per week

3) RECEPTION

FULL TIME RECEPTIONIST

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • Arranging bookings and scheduling appointment for house call team and clinic team
  • Handling phone calls
  • Placing dietary orders
  • Receiving and handling payments
  • Answering basic client enquires
  • Managing paper works of reception
  • Keep the reception and waiting areas clean
  • Empathy support to clients

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 3 years experience is preferred
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese and preferably Mandarine;
  • Independent and able to work as a team;
  • Basic knowledge and skills in animal healthcare;
  • Basic computer skills;
  • Critical thinking is a must;
  • Strong customer and communication service skill is necessary;
  • Well-organised, self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility, mature and independent;
  • No gossip.

All Position Salary negotiation (The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.)

The clinic is open Monday – Sunday 9:00am-7:00pm
