We Hug Animal Medical Centre (Yuen Long, New Territories) offers consultation, general medicine, surgical and 24-hour hospital care service (Cats, Dogs, ICU and ISO) with advanced equipment. Online access to VIN and extensive library is available as well.

We are the most well-equipped veterinary hospital in Yuen Long, aiming to enhance our service to improve animal welfare.

We are actively seeking passionate veterinarians, veterinary technicians and veterinary assistants to strengthen our team!

Veterinarian

  • Client-oriented, good interpersonal communication skills and good sense of humor
  • Must be punctual, responsible and proactive
  • Passionate towards both clients and their pets
  • Mature, willing-to-learn and fast-paced
  • A reliable team player, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Strong organizational, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent spoken and written English, Cantonese is a plus
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Applicants should possess a veterinary qualification registrable in Hong Kong under the Veterinary Surgeons Registration Ordinance Cap. 529.


Veterinary Technicians

  • Observe and report the condition of hospital animals to Veterinarians
  • Collect and record animal case histories
  • Daily communicate with the owners regarding the daily update on the behavior, condition and vital sign of hops animal
  • Ensure and improve the quality of health services of inpatient care department
  • Assist in performing the CT or computed tomography scan, x-ray and ultrasound scan
  • Assist during medical procedures
  • Ad hoc duties as required
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in medical sciences or veterinary technology
  • At least 2 years’ working experience as a vet tech is preferable
  • Excellent spoken and written English, Cantonese is a plus
  • Basic skills in MS office and fast learner in RxWorks
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Immediate start is preferred


Veterinary Assistant

1. VA(Consultation)
5-day work (Day Shift: 09:00-19:00/ 10:00-20:00/ 11:00-21:00/ 12:00-22:00/14:00-24:00)

2. VA(Inpatient Care)
4-day work (Day Shift: 09:00-21:30 / Night Shift: 21:00-09:30)
