1. Emergency Veterinarians (Day & Night Shifts)
- Provide expert emergency veterinary services during shifts
- Conduct thorough examinations and assessments of emergency cases
- Administer treatments, medications, and perform emergency surgeries as needed
- Collaborate with the medical team for efficient patient management
- Monitor and respond promptly to changes in patient conditions
- Ensure accurate record keeping and seamless handovers between shifts
Requirements:
- DVM or equivalent degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in emergency veterinary care
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Ability to remain composed and effective in high pressure situations

2. Veterinary Nurses (Day & Night Shifts)
- Provide critical care and emergency nursing to patients
- Administer treatments and medications as directed by veterinarians
- Monitor and respond to changes in patient conditions
- Collaborate with the medical team for efficient patient management
- Assist veterinarians in diagnostic imaging and emergency surgeries
Requirements:
- Senior Nurses: AIRC Cert 4
- or equivalent preferred, minimum 5 years of experience, fluent in English and Chinese
- Junior Nurses: AIRC Cert 2 or equivalent preferred, minimum 2 years of experience, fluent in English and Chinese
- Experience in emergency care preferred
- Ability to work calmly under pressure
Benefits:
- Day Shift: 4 work days, 12 hours per day or; 5 working days, 10 hours per day
- Night Shift: 4 working nights, 12 hours per night

3. Veterinary Technicians (Day & Night Shifts)
- Operate and maintain imaging and diagnostic equipment
- Assist veterinarians in diagnostic procedures and emergency surgeries
- Ensure accurate record keeping and data management
- Provide critical care and emergency nursing to patients
- Administer treatments and medications as directed by veterinarians
- Monitor and respond to changes in patient conditions
- Collaborate with the medical team for efficient patient management
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in veterinary technology
- Experience in operating imaging diagnostics equipment preferred
- Experience in emergency care preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills

4. Customer Experience Representatives (Day & Night Shifts)
- Greet and assist clients with appointments, inquiries, and pet admissions
- Schedule appointments and manage the front desk efficiently
- Maintain a warm and welcoming reception area for clients
- Handle phone calls, emails, and client communications with professionalism
- Collect and process payments accurately
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English and Chinese
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- A passion for providing outstanding client experiences

5. Kennel Keeper (Day Shifts)
- Provide attentive care to boarding animals
- Maintain clean and hygienic kennel facilities
- Monitor and ensure the wellbeing of boarded pets
- Assist with feeding, exercise, and grooming routines
Requirements:
- Passion for animal welfare and care
- Previous experience in animal care is a plus
