Doctor Team

1. Emergency Veterinarian

  • Internship-trained or minimum 2+ years emergency practice experience preferred
  • Working within a team of 12-14 veterinarians, including specialists, to provide high-quality 24/7 emergency care
  • Assist in clinical training of CityU veterinary students on the emergency and critical care rotation, and veterinary nursing students from CityU SCOPE
  • Strong surgical skills are recommended
  • 4 days on, 4 days off roster with day and overnight coverage

2. Hospitalist Veterinarian

  • Internship-trained or minimum 2+ years practice experience preferred
  • Care for hospitalized patients with problem-based clinical assessment and goal-directed therapy
  • Work collaboratively with the existing Primary Care, Emergency and Specialty services to coordinate inpatient care, ensure high-quality treatment of hospitalized patients, and manage ER overflow
  • 4-day work week

Nursing Team

1. Emergency & Critical Care Veterinary Technician/ Nurse (Day/ Night shift)

  • Minimum of 2 years nursing experience in critical care environmen
  • AIRC Cert IV, equivalent or above. Overseas qualified individuals are also welcome
  • Support veterinarians in all facets of critical patient care, including triage
  • Accurately and in a timely manner complete all necessary technical procedures and treatments, with strict adherence to department and hospital protocols
  • Be involved in cardiopulmonary arrests and stabilization of critical patients

2. Senior Surgery/ Theatre Veterinary Technician

  • Minimum of 2 years' theatre nursing experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment
  • AIRC Certificate IV Qualifications as a veterinary nurse (above or equivalent), overseas qualified individuals are also welcome
  • Assist in the running of theatre, patient preparation, and theatre schedule
  • Assist our surgeon and specialists during surgical procedure
  • Assist in developing and improving protocols relevant to theatre nursing duties

Customer Service Team

1. Senior/ Customer Service Officer

Higher diploma or above with minimum 2 years' customer service experience

  • Excellent client service skills and phone etiquette
  • Perform daily customer service duties including greeting, managing bookings, answering enquiries at reception, hotline, or other channels of communication
  • Manage customer feedback information for effective and prompt response
  • Initiate and follow-up, when appropriate, process or service improvement
  • Cooperate with other teams and team members to ensure timely resolution of customer requests and problems
  • Carry out other duties as assigned by superiors

2. Supervisor/ Senior Customer Service Officer (Overnight)

  • Diploma graduate, preferably hospitality discipline
  • 2 years' experience in customer service industry
  • Support our 24-hour ER service in providing exceptional customer services
  • Oversee the ER night operation in CS team to ensure smooth and high quality service
  • Perform general receptionist duties, including but not limited to greeting patients, appointment booking, patients' registration and billing
  • Escort clients and their pets to exam rooms
  • Carry out other duties as assigned by superiors
