skills to participate in our learning exchange
program.
Foreign
consultant veterinarians are invited to work along
side our licensed Chinese veterinarians in teams
to meet clients and provide treatments to patients.
Knowledge sharing is maximized by the doctors
working closely together in a TEAM environment.
Local doctors increase their knowledge of western-medicine
and treatment protocols from foreign consultant
veterinarians and foreign consultant veterinarians
learn about local prevention and treatment protocols,
local laws and regulations governing animal health
and epidemic disease prevention, Chinese drugs
and anesthetics, Traditional Chinese Medicine
and acupuncture, etc. Participants in the learning
exchange program prepare medical training lectures
and conduct medical research.
Our
modern, well-equipped facility has surgery and
monitoring equipment, gas anesthesia, centralized
oxygen, X-ray room, examination rooms, treatment
rooms, quarantine rooms and on-site hospitalization
wards. Full in-house lab is equipped with haematology
and biochemistry analyzers. Central video monitoring
system allows oversight of patients in all areas

boarding kennels.
ICVS
is fully bilingual, and fully computerized with
operating languages in both Mandarin and English.
All management, administrative and support staff
are bilingual. Nearly all doctors speak both Mandarin
and English, in addition to other languages. Pet
owners and pets are from China and at least 80
other countries.

mission is to provide the very best health care
and services to our patients. The veterinary learning
exchange program was created to facilitate the
sharing of medical knowledge and the adoption
of best practice protocols to help set the standard

Program

This is a formal and professional program. ICVS
is looking for serious and committed foreign consultant
veterinarians to participate in the program that
would be able to commit to a contract period of
at least six-months to one-year or longer. Shorter
