Senior Veterinarian with exciting career opportunities

Time to take your big step up in the Veterinary Career Ladder?

Creature Comforts is different from other practices.

We know that the most important thing in our practice is our people. Our Vets, our VAs, our Customer Service, and our Staff Development team. That's what's allowed us to grow so quickly, to gain a reputation for being a great place to work, and a great place for your career.

We know that the only way we'll continue to provide the levels of care and service that Creature Comforts is known for, and continue to grow, is to find those vets who are also different. Those vets who have the commitment and passion to grow their own careers, whilst also keeping an eye on their work-life balance.

We're looking for a vet who has done their time climbing up the first few rungs of veterinary practice and now wants to turn that experience and skill into their big move, practicing high level veterinary medicine, leading treatment teams and helping junior vets start building their own skills.

Creature Comforts has no upper limit for what our team can be, with talented vets moving upwards all the way from new hires to the most senior staff, including roles such as Head Surgeon, Head of Internal Medicine or Chief Veterinary Officer. We also support our vets branching out and into their own practices within the group, with all of our support and resources.

We invest in our people and their skills development, with certified in-house training programs, a full-time staff-development coordinator, veterinary skills accelerator program and external executive coaching.

We believe in rewarding talent from all angles. Your remuneration package will be personalised based on your experience and personal values, allowing you to be paid as you deserve. Work-life balance is very important to us. Happiness is vital, rest and days off are a must, overtime is kept to a minimum and lunch breaks are prioritised.

Few general practice veterinary clinics provide the range of services and have an equipment and support structure like ours. If you are looking to make a change that will equip you with skills for the rest of your veterinary career and give you the tools and opportunities to become part of something, rather than just an employee, we'd like to talk.
