Seeking Veterinary Nurse

We are a Friendly 3 vet full service hospital committed to high quality pet care.

Our clinic offers a full range of hospital, general medicine and surgical services with advanced diagnostic facilities- Including digital radiography, complete dental suite with dental digital X-ray, MyLab ultrasound, Doppler, ECG, laser etc in a spacious premises.

We have a heavy focus on second opinion referrals, Acupuncture, veterinary physiotherapy and rehabilitation and pain management, so if this is an area of interest that would be fantastic: we have all the equipment including a hydrotank and laser!!!

Experience an asset but not essential Ideal candidate should be:

  • Fluent in cantonese, understanding english
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Enthusiastic and compassionate
  • Self motivated and responsible
  • Must love animals

We offer a flexible working week 3-5 days a week, with time for personal development and a salary according to experience.

We will provide support and encouragement for relevant CPD.

Fulltime Veterinary Receptionist

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Fluent in cantonese, understanding English
  • Be enthusiastic, friendly and independent
  • previous reception and customer service skills are preferred
  • Be willing to learn and undertake training
  • Be willing to work with animals

Job description:

  • handling of telephone calls involving bookings and client enquiries
  • liaising with clients and team members
  • Reception administration including invoicing
  • Stocking, ordering and selling of retail products
  • Minimal overtime
  • Weekend and Public holiday work expected
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, and Excel
  • Base salary HK$12,000 to HK$16,000 depending on experience, ability and performance
