The Hong Kong Wildlife Health Foundation is looking for a Part Time Research Assistant.
Applicants should have a degree in veterinary nursing. They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese), and good interpersonal and communication skills. They should be highly motivated, detail-oriented, hard working and able to work independently.
The appointee will assist with veterinary research projects and assist in organising events such as seminars or conference, as well as perform administrative tasks. He/she will work for not more than 15 hours per week. In some cases, they may be required to work outdoor and outside normal office hours or on weekends and public holidays.
Interest in wildlife and conservation and knowledge of excel, word and PowerPoint essential.
Knowledge of software such as Endnote, SPSS or experience of field work and laboratory work an advantage but not essential.
